Licensed Practical Nurse

Performs diverse patient care duties for all ages, including nursing, medication administration, patient education, and communication, under physician supervision.

•  Requires valid practical nursing license, CPR certification, and ongoing CME.

•  Preferred prior clinic experience and basic computer skills.

•  Must pass assessments in listening, data entry, and medical spelling.

•  Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, aiding in patient flow, assisting with diagnostic tests, and maintaining a clean environment.

•  Supports clinic financial and quality goals, collaborates with team, and ensures high patient satisfaction.

•  Performs miscellaneous tasks as needed.
