Responsibilities of an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications of an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:

• LPN in NJ
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
