Licensed Practical Nurse

Assess, monitor residents' health, administer medications, assist with daily living activities, document care plans, communicate with healthcare team and family, monitor vital signs, work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks. Requirements: Valid LPN license in state of practice, minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
