As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide direct nursing care to our long term and rehab residents along with delegating and supervising the care provided by our outstanding CNA team.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feedings and wound treatments.
Conduct patient observations and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes and report changes to the RN/NP/MD.
Document patient information accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Support patients in long-term care and assisted living environments, fostering a compassionate and safe atmosphere.
