Seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at the state correctional facilities in Greenville, North Carolina. This is a registry position with a national staffing company.
Job Details:
- 6:45am-2:45pm Mon-Fri (slight flexibility with start time and end times)
- 13+ weeks assignment
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments, vital signs, documents in the medical file.
- Assisting in COVID testing & care.
- Assisting a physician during medical exams.
- Administer Medication, and providing treatment as prescribed by a doctor.
Job Qualifications:
Please ensure the following qualifications are reflected on your resume.
- Nursing License - Must be active unrestricted NC license with no current restrictions and / or pending disciplinary actions in NC or any other state.
- At least one year (12 months) of experience within the last three years (36 months) as a Psychiatric Nurse.
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. Must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
