Edenbrook of Green Bay is a 5- Star skilled nursing facility located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable Full-time and Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Post Acute Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit. The successful candidate will provide excellent care to our patients and ensure their speedy recovery.

We are currently seeking AM, PM and NOCs Full-Time and Part-Time Post-Acute Care LPNs.
We also offer an extensive Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment program of up to $5,250 a year.
Full-Time and Part-Time LPN positions available. Every other weekend and holiday required.
Starting pay up to $33.00/hr.
Shift Differentials: PMs NOCs: $2.00/hr.
$5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment.
No mandated shifts.

To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
Are you:
Customer service orientated
A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student
Experienced in long-term care preferred
Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
Requirements
You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile.
Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting
A natural problem solver
Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
