Position Highlights:- Work location: Bellin Hospital, 744 S. Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
- Work environment: Our Inpatient Rehab Unit is a 14 bed unit with a cohesive team environment. Patients must be able to tolerate 3 hours of therapy per day in order to qualify to be moved to this floor. Typically we see neuro type patients, including those who have strokes, brain tumors, brain injuries, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillan Barre Syndrome. We do see amputations and fractures as well. Patient Ratios: 1:7 (max, when full). Typical ratio is 1:5-6
- Salary range is based on relevant years of experience.
Shift Hours:Multiple shift options available, including Casual Part Time and Full Time. We offer flexible scheduling with options for day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Weekend rotations will include a modified block schedule dependent on availability, with every other weekend and every third weekend blocks
You will have the opportunity to work both 8 hour and 12 hour shifts
Job Description:Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications:Wisconsin LPN license required.
