LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Current LPN license or temporary permit in North Dakota required.
DESCRIPTION: LPNs provide direct resident care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist with daily activities, document progress, and advocate for residents' needs.
FUNCTIONS: Report condition changes, document accurately, collaborate with care team, supervise staff, assess residents, respond to emergencies, administer treatments, and handle incidents.
