This Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Fort Wayne, IN offers $34-$36/hour, working 40 hours Monday-Friday in a clinic setting.
• Key duties include reviewing patient charts, supporting health education, assisting with tests (pregnancy, urine, blood, EKG, retinal, etc.), and ensuring proper documentation.
