Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary: Perform CT and X-ray procedures independently under the direction of a Radiologist and Supervisor, applying ionizing radiation for diagnosis. Responsible for various technical procedures, including the use of contrast agents and invasive techniques, across all age groups. Minimum Qualifications: Current ARRT certification, High School Diploma or GED, and graduate of an accredited ARRT Program. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience. Skills and Responsibilities: Ability to perform quality CT and X-ray procedures, venipuncture, work independently, basic computer skills, and maintain patient records. Attend department meetings, participate in training, and commit to professional growth. Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 lbs, vision-heavy, kneeling/stooping/bending frequently, standing/walking constantly, pushing/pulling frequently. NGHS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
