Licensed Practical Nurse

•  Provides support to a mobile maternity unit, delivering routine and emergency care within the scope of an LPN license.
•  Requires flexibility, clinical proficiency, and strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and community members across NY and PA.
•  Assists with patient exams, vital signs, medication administration, specimen collection, and patient education on pregnancy and maternal health.
•  Manages clinical operations, including supply management, documentation, and clerical duties while ensuring infection control and sterile procedures.
•  Travels to various sites, providing care to underserved populations and participating in health promotion activities.
•  Must hold current LPN licenses in NY and PA, CPR certification, and be willing to attend training and departmental meetings.
