Licensed Practical Nurse

Aristos Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team. We are looking to hire LPNs for Full-Time Night shift.

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible, compassionate and well trained, and able to give nursing care with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best care possible

Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate with physicians

Collaborate with practitioners to devise individualized care plans for patients

Perform routine procedures, administer medications and deliver treatments as ordered by physicians

Maintain excellent hygiene and safety (infection control, contact/droplet precautions, etc) and willingness to follow proper procedures

Provide instant medical care in emergencies

Maintain accurate patient records

Maintain valid nursing license in the state of Ohio

Skills:

Proven experience as a nurse

Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, methods and procedures

Excellent knowledge of emergency care

A team player with excellent communication skills

Ability to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment.

Exhibit strong organizational and problem solving skills
