Responsible for reviewing and monitoring resident status regularly and reporting changes. Ensures residents' care preferences are honored and leads the CNA team in executing comprehensive care plans. Qualifications include an active LPN license in Massachusetts, current CPR certification, and knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act.
