Licensed Practical Nurse

The LPN/LVN provides skilled bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
•  Responsibilities include administering treatments, medications, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining documentation.
•  They evaluate patient and family needs, support their participation, and assist with activities to promote comfort and independence.
•  They participate in patient/family teaching, on-call rotations, and maintain a safe environment.
