Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed LPN with at least one year hospital experience provides nursing care under RN supervision by conducting assessments, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
•  Contributes to care planning, documents patient responses, and educates patients and families.
•  Performs vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, IV therapy, and wound care following policies.
•  Ensures safety, supports discharge, and promotes patient comfort.
•  Maintains accurate records, monitors fluid balance, and reduces restraint use when possible.
•  Requires current Alabama license and strong clinical skills.
