We are in search of a FULL TIME & PART TIME LPN on 1st & 3rd shift (12 hour shifts.) (6a-6:30p & 6p-6:30a) . The position is responsible for supervising, providing and coordinating nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies & procedures and to assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action to ensure the residents can reach their fullest potential.

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPN's.

Salary of a LPN:
FULL TIME : $35.50/hr - $41.50/hr (starting rate increases based on years of experience working as an LPN.)
PART TIME : $32.50/hr -$38.50/hr (starting rate increases based on years of experience working as an LPN.)
Including $3.40 MI pass through until 09.30.25
Sign-on Bonus.

Schedule for a Licensed Practical Nurses:
36 hours per week for FT
3 days/ week.
12-24 hours per week for PT
1-2 days/ week.
Every other weekend
1st & 3rd shift opportunities.
