Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care services, addressing psychosocial and physical needs under RN supervision. Communicates patient condition changes and maintains compliance with nursing standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates knowledge and skills for patient care based on age and needs. Maintains core competencies and adheres to policies. Performs assessments and pain management education. Administers medications correctly and revises care plans as needed. Involves patients and families in care planning. Requirements:
High School diploma and accredited LPN/LVN program completion. Current LPN/LVN Licensure in New Mexico and BLS certification. Effective communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Work Type: Full Time
