As a PTA, you will:
Assist in implementing treatment plans to help patients regain movement and restore function. Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and monitor their progress. Apply treatment modalities and educate patients and families on injury prevention. Monitor and report on patient progress, collaborating with the supervising physical therapist. Qualifications include a degree from an accredited PTA program and a current state license/certification.
