Children's Therapy Network (CTN) is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our warm, dynamic, and purpose-driven team in Ventura and Newbury Park, California.

Your Role: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
You will provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services to children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor needs. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, you'll help children achieve meaningful goals in their daily lives and support families through education and home programming.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and ongoing therapy sessions

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals

  • Document visits and progress within 24 hours

  • Maintain full billable productivity per your agreement

  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing training

What You Bring:

  • Occupational Therapy degree and active CA OT license

  • Minimum 2 years of experience (pediatric experience preferred)

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • A compassionate, fun, and team-centered attitude

  • A true love for working with children and their families
