Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Ravenwood Specialty Care, a 176 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Waterloo, IA. Our senior living community in Waterloo has a newer CCDI unit. We are excited to share we are agency free at Ravenwood. We welcome an engaged Administrator to come join our team. Link for virtual tour: Summary: As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering. Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
