Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant

Job Location: Windsor, VT 05089

Job Type: Contract/Traveler - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
Provide basic nursing care to elderly or disabled patients in long-term care settings.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Monitor patient health status and report changes to registered nurses or doctors.
Assist with wound care, including dressing changes.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Ensure patient safety and comfort in the care environment.
Maintain patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.

Job Requirements:
BLS Must be AHA - Required
Active LPN Certificate - Required
2 years of Skilled Long-Term Care

Schedule:
Night shift
5x8
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
40 hours guaranteed in a week

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
