Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) in Algonquin, IL, to provide outpatient mental health services in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days telehealth).

•  Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using evidence-based, measurement-driven care.

•  Collaborate with a team to coordinate comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
