We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Licensed Mental Health Provider to join one of our providers. Salary: $83K - $95K Summary: This position will experience a smaller than typical caseload to account for an integrated team approach to meet clients' mental health needs and address social determinants of health for the total wellbeing of the child and family. In addition time is built in for; court preparation, partner collaboration, professional development, and vicarious trauma reduction. Responsibilities of this position include: Provide assessments and ongoing counseling for child victims of abuse in an outpatient setting using approved evidence-based, trauma-focused mental health services, designed to meet the unique needs of the children and caregivers. Provide behavioral health services to vulnerable youth and families, following the National Children's Alliance Accreditation Standards for Mental Health while performing assigned duties and be fully integrated into the direct services team at the center. Assess clients behavioral and mental conditions based on a review of patient information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other integrated care team members along with outside allied agencies. Must have: This position requires a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and unrestricted Oregon License and Board Certified to practice as it relates to Behavioral Health and/or Mental Health (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for two of the three positions.
