Position Summary: The Children's Home is seeking passionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to become part of our NEW Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Sullivan County, NY
The Youth ACT Program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
- Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
- Skill Development
- Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required
- Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist required
- Supervision available for candidates operating with a Limited Permit
Experience:
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required
