Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing virtual care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide therapy to a diverse client population, helping individuals address challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. The position allows for a flexible, remote work schedule while delivering impactful care.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, or groups.
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' challenges.
  • Provide psychoeducation and tools to help clients achieve emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in the electronic health system.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as needed, to provide comprehensive care.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • Experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (eg, CBT, DBT, ACT).
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities (eg, trauma-focused care, couples therapy).
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working with culturally diverse populations.
