Position Overview
We are seeking licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing virtual care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide therapy to a diverse client population, helping individuals address challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. The position allows for a flexible, remote work schedule while delivering impactful care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, or groups.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' challenges.
- Provide psychoeducation and tools to help clients achieve emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in the electronic health system.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professional boundaries.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as needed, to provide comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (eg, CBT, DBT, ACT).
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities (eg, trauma-focused care, couples therapy).
- Multilingual capabilities or experience working with culturally diverse populations.
