Role Description
This is a F/T independent contractor role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. We're looking for a sharp, enthusiastic licensed mental health therapist to support our growing team of professionals. T
he Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual/family/couples therapy, conducting assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and offering relationship counseling
to help individuals make positive life changes. The licensed mental health therapist will be responsible for working with clients who have different mental health issues and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized care.

Qualifications
- Skills in assessments, treatment planning and note documentation
- Expertise in mental health and psychology
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage Family Therapy
- NC Licensure for LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 20 clients
- Adhere to all operational and personnel policies of the company.
