Skills:
1 year LMSW experience.
Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required.
Duties
LMSW must have hospital experience.
Will be working in the Adult Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (Psych ED) Will provide discharge planning to all patients being treated and released after evaluation Will provide consultation/input during the triage/evaluation process for patients presenting with complex needs and circumstances.
Schedule is rotating shifts any day of the week betwee 8am-10pm.
Option for 8- or 10-hour shifts. Weekends are required and will be required to work 5 days per week.
