Job Title: Licensed Master Electrician (Night Shift) - Louisa County ($5,000 Bonus)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Master Electrician to join our night shift team at Client in Louisa County. The ideal candidate will perform all electrical functions, including troubleshooting and repair, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. This role requires expertise in electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, and adherence to safety and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support for all phases of plant operations.
- Work with electrical control panels, transformers, power distribution systems, motors, and motor control devices.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems and industrial automation controls.
- Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including bearings, gears, clutches, belts, and seals.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Manage electrical construction projects while adhering to NEC Standards and Client' internal guidelines.
- Document maintenance activities and track work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and regulatory officials.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Preferred: Associate degree in electronic technology or a related field.
- Alternative: Combination of education and experience, including skilled trade programs or military training.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Controls.
Certification:
- Valid electrician's license as required by state or local regulations.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, electrical safety procedures.
- Proficiency in PLC systems operation, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industrial semiconductor devices, solid-state drives, and control systems.
- Understanding of electronic motor drive technologies (servo motors, encoders, tachometers, etc.).
Computer Skills:
- Competent in Windows-based software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to use SAP Plant Maintenance for work order tracking.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including management and regulatory officials.
Special Skills:
- Excellent safety record and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with servo motor and drive technologies (AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, stepper systems).
- Basic microcomputer and Microprocessor knowledge for troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
- Electrical project management experience, including writing scopes and ensuring compliance with NEC Standards.
