Licensed Massage Therapist

Zeel is seeking massage therapists to provide in-home medical massage therapy to active duty military personnel stationed at the McChord Airforce Base who are diagnosed with sub-acute lower back pain.
The patients being treated will be part of a research study focused on the efficacy of medical massage therapy on lower back pain.
This position is a contractor position expected to last 3-4 months, starting end of May/early June
Therapists will be paid $85 per treatment, with 3-4 treatments per day

Requirements
Massage therapy license or certificate in the state(s) you wish to practice
Current professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1M per occurrence and $3M aggregate coverage
National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required for medical appointments
Completion of SOAP notes for medical appointments, as well as additional documentation as needed, such as treatment extension requests
Smartphone required; must be lockable via password or biometric identification such as a thumbprint
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to speak, understand, and write English fluently
