The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Land Surveyor with experience in New Hampshire. In this role, you'll lead and execute surveying projects, ensuring precision and accuracy in every phase. This position involves working closely with our civil engineering team and clients to support projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
  • Oversee and manage survey teams on fieldwork and office tasks.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art surveying equipment and software, including GPS, total stations, and CAD.
  • Prepare and review survey maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to support design and construction efforts.
  • Ensure all work complies with New Hampshire surveying standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Active Land Surveyor License in New Hampshire (Required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience, with substantial work in New Hampshire.
  • Proficiency in modern survey equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, or Leica).
  • Strong knowledge of New Hampshire land regulations, property laws, and zoning requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
