We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and experienced recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier licensed insurance agents.

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Insurance Agent Recruiter, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. While having an insurance license is a major advantage, your ability to identify talent, conduct interviews, and build strong relationships will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Talent: Proactively source qualified licensed insurance agents through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A valid insurance license is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually.
  • Performance-based commission structure.
