Job Responsibilities
- Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals Close new business and build lasting client relationships
- Make 75 Outbound Calls Daily Follow up on leads & generate new business
- Create Tailored Insurance Quotes Educate clients and recommend solid coverage tailored to their needs
- Develop Local Business Relationships Work with real estate agents, lenders, and auto dealers to develop referrals
- Ensure a Positive Customer Experience Provide expert guidance and ongoing client support
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Self-Motivated & Competitive - Thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment
- Exceptional Communicator - Confident, professional, friendly, and engaging
- Proactive Sales Mindset - Enjoys building relationships and closing deals
