Property Advisors Management is hiring for a Licensed Community Association Manager


We are looking for an experienced and licensed CAM to join our dynamic team. The CAM is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of HOA and Condo communities and for ensuring the overall performance of the communities within their portfolio.


Position Responsibilities

  • Manage a HOA and Condo Associations portfolio, ensuring adherence to regulations, covenants, and bylaws.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the management contract between Property Advisors Management and the associations and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Serve as a liaison with the board of directors to ensure quality services are met and assist in the prompt response and resolution of questions and issues.
  • Provide regular updates to the board of directors.
  • Conduct property inspections and oversee covenant enforcement.
  • Prepare board packages and attend monthly, quarterly, and annual association meetings.
  • Monitor client delinquency and collections process.
  • Manage association vendors and obtain vendor proposals.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen, including reviewing monthly financial reports for accuracy and annual budget preparation.
  • Assist with maintaining and uploading documents to the association portal.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, vendor selection, and project management.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of community governing documents and regulations and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be Licensed CAM by the State of Florida for Community Association Management.
  • Must have prior HOA or Condominium Property Management. 3 years experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies during and after regular business hours in a timely manner.

Base Salary and Benefits

  • Cell phone and mileage reimbursement
  • Health/dental/life insurance, Paid vacation
  • $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience
