Supplemental Health Care is working with a Home Health agency in Worcester, Massachusetts to hire Licensed Clinical Social Workers. $2,020 - $2,245 per week
13-week contract with possibility of extension
Dedicated territory for home health services
Paid by the hour, not by the visit

Requirements:
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure/Certification in Massachusetts
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1-year of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Prior experience in home health
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act). For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
