Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Delaware Hybrid (remote and occasionally in person) Part time We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our practice part time in Delaware, providing remote/telehealth services along with occasional in person care. Ideally, we are looking for a LCSW withexperience outside of training, who is reliable, compassionate, and a team player who is looking to collaborate with a group of dynamic providers to give our patients the most comprehensive care. This position will be practiced on a hybrid basis to our patients throughout Delaware, so the incoming LCSW must be licensed to practice in DE and must be willing to provide in person visits occasionally at one of our offices. A huge plus if the candidate has or is willing to obtain licensure in VA and MD for potential remote coverage of patients in those areas.

Job Duties: - Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
- Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances
- Progress Monitoring: adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure a coordinated approach to care
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Licensed Clinical Social worker program
- Licensed by the State Board to provide therapy in DE (a huge plus if also licensed in VA and MD or willing to obtain licensure in those states)
- 3-5 years' experience as individually licensed practitioner preferred
Schedule: Compensation: - $38-$39/hr (Depending on experience)
