Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a licensed LCSW with 1-2 years of experience in geriatric behavioral health for a part-time or full-time role in Sterling, IL.
•  Provide psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents.
•  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and documentation per Medicare guidelines.
•  Work daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling.
