Position Summary: The Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LCSW) contracted with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to provide mental health and substance use disorder services to detainees. Responsibilities include conducting mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing direct counseling and psychotherapy, and consulting with healthcare professionals. The role requires availability for day shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: Master s Degree in Social Work, one year of independent LCSW experience, and a current license to practice. BLS certification is also required.
