The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist provides therapy, counseling, and intervention services to patients referred by physicians.
Reports to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include direct counseling, case management, and collaboration with providers to create treatment plans. Tasks involve writing progress notes, conducting assessments, and facilitating referrals to other services. Must provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community education. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in a related field and current licensure in Illinois. Preferred experience with children, adolescents, and adults. Strong communication skills and emotional resilience are essential. Normal office environment with potential exposure to communicable diseases.
