Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Position Summary:
Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is currently seeking to hire a passionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team on a full time basis - 30hrs per week.

The ideal candidate will be committed to helping residents regain independence and enhance their quality of life through therapeutic and restorative programs.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Provide rehabilitative services to help residents develop, regain, or maintain daily living skills
Monitor resident progress and document treatment sessions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and effective care
Support a caring and respectful environment in line with Lutheran's mission

Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current COTA license in the state of Massachusetts
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
