Licensed Architect - High-End Residential

One of our best clients in the area is looking to add an Architect to their team. They offer competitive wages & benefits, a strong culture, and financial stability with the projects they have in the pipeline.

We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our design team in Lake Geneva, WI, specializing in high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for an Architect who is passionate about creating functional, aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring compliance with building codes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise architectural drawings from conceptual design through bid documentation.


  • Collaborate with the Chief Estimator and clients during preconstruction to ensure a functional and compliant design.


  • Conduct site visits to gather existing conditions and project-specific data.


  • Ensure designs meet applicable building codes and standards.


  • Maintain high-quality documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or both.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or a combination of both.


  • Licensed Architect in the state of Wisconsin.


  • Strong understanding of residential construction and building codes.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


  • Availability to travel locally for site assessments.
