We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our design team in Lake Geneva, WI, specializing in high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for an Architect who is passionate about creating functional, aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring compliance with building codes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and revise architectural drawings from conceptual design through bid documentation.
Collaborate with the Chief Estimator and clients during preconstruction to ensure a functional and compliant design.
Conduct site visits to gather existing conditions and project-specific data.
Ensure designs meet applicable building codes and standards.
Maintain high-quality documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or both.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or a combination of both.
Licensed Architect in the state of Wisconsin.
Strong understanding of residential construction and building codes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Availability to travel locally for site assessments.
