Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $133,494/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have five (5) years of work experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or related. Must have five (5) years of experience in/with the following: Assessing performance of aircraft maintenance based on known defects and presenting possible resolution of available spares, manpower, ground-time, and dispatchability criteria; Troubleshooting and carrying out defect rectifications on airplanes/airliners involving engine change, hydraulic, pneumatic, and various aircraft systems; Conducting functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests and alignment, and preventive maintenance; Practical and analytical aircraft maintenance managerial and engineering skills and line maintenance experience; Supervising and administering maintenance and certification of aircraft to the required airworthiness authority requirements; and Complying with safe working practices and procedures in accordance with S.A.F.E. Must possess a mechanic certificate issued by an aviation authority covering airframes. Up to 20% of international travel is required.
