Job Title: Level II Helpdesk Technician-MDM Specialist
Location: Purchase, NY
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-4p Onsite

Acture Solutions is looking for a motivated and service-minded Level II Helpdesk Technician to join our team. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues requiring advanced technical knowledge
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and network-related problems
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including workstations and printers
• Support both remote and on-site users
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and server operations
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry best practices
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases with detailed troubleshooting and resolution records
• Mentor and support Level I technicians in troubleshooting techniques and service delivery
What You Bring
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Proficient experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms is required
• Jamf certification preferred
• Experience supporting users in a fast-paced IT environment, both onsite and remotely
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and server support
• Ability to provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
• Familiarity with documentation best practices for IT operations and support

• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
