Location: Hammersmith, West London

Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 per annum (depending on experience and contract)

About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5. Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Supporting children's development, wellbeing, and learning journeys
Maintaining accurate observations and assessments
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment
Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting
A warm, engaging, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
