Level 1 Tech Support (On-Site Atlanta, GA May - August 3-Month Contract)
We're looking for a motivated recent college graduate or current college student to join our team as a Level 1 Tech Support specialist for the summer. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA - perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone and ticketing system (Autotask)
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS
- Perform password resets and manage accounts through Active Directory (AD)
- Log, track, and follow up on support tickets in a timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Must Have:
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week
- Some prior IT support experience (even minimal) is a plus
- Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory (AD)
- Familiarity with password resets and user account management
- Experience using Autotask or other ticketing systems, and phone support
