Level 1 Tech Support (On-Site Atlanta, GA May - August 3-Month Contract)

We're looking for a motivated recent college graduate or current college student to join our team as a Level 1 Tech Support specialist for the summer. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA - perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone and ticketing system (Autotask)
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS
  • Perform password resets and manage accounts through Active Directory (AD)
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets in a timely manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication

Must Have:

  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week
  • Some prior IT support experience (even minimal) is a plus
  • Experience with Windows OS and Active Directory (AD)
  • Familiarity with password resets and user account management
  • Experience using Autotask or other ticketing systems, and phone support
