Lettings Administrator / Coordinator Manchester (Ancoats)
Salary: £26,000 £28,000 Basic
+ £30 Weekly Lunch Allowance 25 Days Holiday Private Healthcare
Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Office-Based
We are currently seeking a confident and organised Lettings Administrator / Coordinator to join a growing property management team based in Ancoats, Manchester. You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of around 100 rental properties across the Manchester area.
This is an office-based, admin-focused role that plays a vital part in ensuring smooth and timely rental payments and landlord communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the transfer of rental payments to landlords on a regular basis.
  • Handle day-to-day landlord queries relating to accounts, rent payments, and statements.
  • Liaise confidently with landlords over the phone and by email to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and landlord accounts.
  • Support the lettings team with general administrative duties.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all accounts-related processes are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in lettings, property management, or an accounts-based admin role preferred.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with landlords and external partners.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, admin-focused environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/accounting software systems (training provided if needed).
  • Must be able to work full-time, office-based in Ancoats, Manchester.
