GENERAL FUNCTION We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Leonardo People Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, and maintenance of learning solutions for internal employees. Key responsibilities include generating recurring and ad-hoc reports using SAP BO and Excel to measure learning effectiveness, updating training materials, and assisting facilitation of training experiences in various formats. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting platform issues, maintaining training resource libraries on SharePoint, and assisting with meeting planning and execution. The candidate will also provide additional support for key learning programs as needed. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Supporting the Leonardo People Transformation team with the planning, delivery, and maintenance of learning solutions for internal employees
- Complete recurring and ad-hoc reports using SAP BO and Excel to measure learning effectiveness
- Update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and PDFs, as needed
- Support facilitation of training experiences in multiple formats including in-person and/or hybrid instructor-led training
- Troubleshoot Leonardo platform issues for employees
- Maintain training resource lilbraries on SharePoint
- Assist with meeting planning and execution
- Additional support as needed with key learning programs for our employees
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning and training
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the optical industry, sales, and/or training
- Proficient in in-person and virtual presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across a large, complex organization
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with SAP-BO reporting system
- Experience with back-end Learning Management System (LMS) management
- Ability to comfortably interact with senior leaders in the organization
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
