About The Role Entry-level Lending Systems Analyst to assist with the configuration, design, and maintenance of our Credit Union's loan origination and loan accounting systems, as well as other lending systems. In this role, you will support various lending teams and departments in ensuring that systems are running efficiently, remain compliant, and meet business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist in testing new system features and enhancements to ensure they work as expected and identify any issues.
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving system efficiency.
- Help configure and manage system views and dashboards for different departments to better manage workflows, loan queues, and templates.
- Support communication between different departments (e.g., IT, accounting, marketing, compliance, and branches) to ensure systems meet their needs.
- Help ensure lending systems are up-to-date and working correctly by performing regular audits and checks.
- Track and document system issues and work with vendors to resolve problems.
- Assist in maintaining business rules for data entry, workflow processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the development and maintenance of custom forms and business rules for loan systems.
- Help create documentation for system processes, updates, and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Support the administration of internal systems and third-party lending systems, including collections and dealer interfaces.
- Maintain user profiles and security settings for loan systems.
- Assist with reviewing system updates and upgrades and ensuring the systems are aligned with organizational standards and policies.
- Help manage vendor relationships to ensure systems are functioning at their best.
REQUIREMENTS- 1-year experience in performing loan systems administration/analyst duties.
- 1-year experience in lending/banking/financial services.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations related to consumer loan origination and servicing activities. Familiarity with lending laws such as, Reg Z., TRID, HMDA, Reg. B, and other applicable regulations.
- Familiarity with lending systems: MeridianLink LoansPQ, Encompass, Temenos, Fiserv DNA and nCino are preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, software, and system analysis.
- Comfortable with learning new software tools and applications.
- Ability to assist with the configuration, testing, and documentation of systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem identification and finding practical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with basic data manipulation or reporting tools is a plus.
COMPENSATION- $26.50- $32.00/ hour + DOE (depending on level of experience may be considered for Lending Systems Analyst)
- Eligible for Back Office Incentive
