A well-established mid-sized law firm located in San Francisco's Financial District is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team. This role provides essential support to a senior Litigation Partner and several Associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, format, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and court filings

  • Manage all aspects of court filings, including e-filing in both State and Federal courts

  • Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars, schedule depositions, client meetings, and conference calls

  • Assist with time entry and billing processes

  • Support the opening and closing of legal matters in collaboration with internal departments (e.g., records, conflicts)

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial litigation

  • Strong knowledge of court procedures, rules, and calendaring requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to handle e-filings independently

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience supporting Corporate attorneys is a plus
