Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Partners and Associates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in attorney support, particularly within a Big Law setting.

Description
Managing assignments, handling phone calls, processing expenses, coordinating travel arrangements, and inputting attorney billable time.
Providing daily administrative support to Partners and Associates, including managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, conference calls, and meetings.
Drafting, proofreading, revising, and formatting legal documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with precision.
Responding promptly to client requests and ensuring follow-up, maintaining a professional and client-focused approach at all times.
Assisting with ad hoc projects as required, and ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.
Profile
At least 7 years of proven experience working as a legal secretary or legal assistant at a law firm, preferably in a Big Law environment.
A strong ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread and format legal documents accurately.
A demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, taking initiative and handling multiple tasks seamlessly.
