Our client is a well established prestigious local law firm in San Francisco. They are seeking a legal secretary with 4+ years of experience in family wealth/estate planning.


Salary up to 115K, with flexibility DOE. Hybrid schedule: First 3 months is 5 days in the office. Then 4 days in office and 1 remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, proofread correspondence and legal documents
  • Maintain attorney calendars, including coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and prepare expense reports
  • Client contact
  • Process incoming mail, enter attorney time, and other clerical tasks
  • Handle special projects, including paralegal tasks, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of corporate/litigation/real estate/ family wealth planning experience in a law firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, efiling and DocuSign
  • Familiarity with estate planning and execution process, and recorder, assessor, and probate court.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
